CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for Apartments.com in Toronto, Ontario. You will drive new business, manage client relationships, and upsell marketing solutions to multifamily property managers and owners.

You will receive extensive training and work with a dynamic team to deliver digital marketing strategies that help clients grow their portfolios. A valid driver’s license and a bachelor’s degree are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
  • Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.

You will also grow revenue by prospecting new clients and growing existing accounts by identifying and developing new marketing solutions for their portfolios. RESPONSIBILITIES

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (External Applicants)
  • Two or more years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.

  • 18 or more months of successful CoStar Group sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
  • Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations at a high growth company.
  • Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently, while being highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle, including contact and pipeline management.
  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of audiences.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies. Base Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 CAD Annually
