NEXT Supply is the new generation of supplier in wholesale Plumbing and Hydronics – setting superior standards in service, product availability and delivery. NEXT has strategically located local warehouses across and beyond the GTA, each with a full quantity of inventory and strong, strategic delivery capabilities.

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you are responsible for ensuring that all customer quotes and orders (via phone, email, or through a Sales Representative) are entered and processed in a timely manner. Inside Sales is a front-line customer service role and is critical to the sales process cycle.

This role requires the incumbent to be on-site 5 days per week for the first 6 months. As part of onboarding and training, the incumbent may be situated at a Branch before joining the Inside Sales team.

What You Will Do:

• Respond promptly to customer questions in person, over the phone, and via email, building strong relationships through quality service.
• Utilize your understanding of our products to manage quotes, process orders, and find non-stock items.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are filled correctly and on time.
• Handle challenging customer situations with patience and expertise; complete necessary forms if service expectations are not met.
• Monitor and update the status of current and future orders to meet customer needs.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team and improve service.

What We Require:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the industry, ideally in sales or a related field. Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronics products.
• Ability to multitask, manage stress, and focus on details. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to understand customer needs and act quickly. A team player focused on collective goals.
• This position is based at our Vaughan location. A clean police record is required.
