Job description

• Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
• Oversee the daily operations of inside sales, insurance administration, and retention departments, handling claims processing, policy issuance, and customer service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, tackle complex inquiries, and ensure clients receive top-notch service.
• Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring your team’s growth and success.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, licensing processes, and conduct annual performance reviews to maintain a high level of performance.
• Develop and implement training initiatives that enhance team skills, efficiency, and knowledge.
• Supervise ADP time management and P-Card transactions within Centresuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The Ideal Candidate :

• CAIB II (or working towards CAIB designation) or CIP designation is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with licensing software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A client-first mindset with proven experience in handling client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
