Our Montreal, QC team is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Administrator who will support our QC sales workload and administration.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the ideal candidate will be someone with proficient communication skills, proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and committed to providing the best support possible to ongoing objectives of the company. In this role you will also be responsible to perform inside sales/clerical/ and administrative functions for Systems Sales personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for administration and overall support to Branch Managers and the System Sales personnel
• Complete data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP system
• Obtains orders and project inquiries through email and telephone calls, verifies pricing and deliverables by working with internal ERP software systems
• Assisting with invoicing and billing
• Assisting with reports and quotes including distribution and uploading
• Material ordering and receiving
• Issue Purchase Orders
• Schedule project construction workers, equipment and material
• Project and Service Coordination in a mechanical environment
• Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; or 2 years' working experience in an Inside Sales position
• Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience in ERP Systems and advanced computer ability an asset
• Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset
• Knowledge of Fire Protection industry or NFPA codes an asset
• Inventory handling and purchasing experience would be considered an asset
