Job summary

Congruex, a national digital infrastructure solutions provider, is hiring an ISP Technician I–III in Canada. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair copper and fiber optic cabling systems for voice, data, and fiber projects, while supporting Congruex clients and project teams.

The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and strong customer service as you test and certify cabling, read drawings, and coordinate with foremen to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair copper and fiber optic cabling systems supporting voice and data infrastructure.
• Coordinate work activities with the Foreman and Construction Manager while communicating directly with customers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Read job documentation, engineering drawings, and project specifications to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
• Install cable support systems and ensure proper cable organization and compliance with industry standards.
• Test, certify, troubleshoot, and document cabling systems, removing redundant cabling as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with policies, OSHA requirements, and customer standards.
