Job summary

Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat hospitalized patients, work on the acute/swing unit, and float to the acute rehab unit as needed.

The role includes maintaining EMR records and collaborating with the health care team for optimal patient care, with a clinical ladder program and compensation adjustments available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of PT and eligible for licensure.
• Strong oral communication and professional behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and patient-centered treatment for inpatients.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and coordinate with care team.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
