The Job

We seek to enhance our dealership market offerings through innovative "Initiatives"—projects aimed at creating new solutions or entering new markets. The Initiatives Manager will oversee projects from conception to commercialization, managing resources, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring financial targets like IRR are met or investments minimized if unviable. This role involves customer interaction, business problem-solving, and product innovation within an entrepreneurial, lean startup environment, offering opportunities for growth and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans for each initiative, ensuring goal achievement
• Create and validate IRR financial models for initiatives
• Present go/no-go recommendations to leadership
• Report progress to senior management
• Coordinate resources, tasks, and timelines

Travel: Up to 30% travel to client sites and offices.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range $100,000–$150,000; full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with match, vacation, holidays, and personal days.
