Job summary

GreenShield is seeking a dedicated Infusion Clinic Coordinator to oversee daily operations across its infusion centers in London, GTA, and Ottawa. You will schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with nurses, PSPs, pharmacy, and physicians to meet timelines and optimize chair utilization.

Responsibilities include handling post-infusion documentation, billing support, and coordinating with care teams to improve patient access and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Post secondary Education.
• 1-2 years in Canadian Specialty Pharmacy and PSP experience.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, infusion clinics, or related healthcare setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of infusion centers and coordinate with Nursing Supervisor/Nursing Manager.
• Schedule all infusion appointments and manage clinic calendars to optimize chair utilization and nursing resources.
• Be the first point of contact for nursing and scheduling inquiries; communicate with PSPs and physicians as needed.
• Process billing and support funding/coverage processes related to infusion services as required.
