Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions is looking for a part-time Infusion Nurse to join our on-site Infusion Clinic in Toronto, ON. The nurse will provide direct patient care, perform pre-treatment assessments, and administer IV/SC/IM medications while monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as needed.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with liability coverage, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse with professional liability insurance.
• ACLS, CVAA, CON(C), PALS are an asset.
• Able to educate patients on therapies and disease management.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-treatment assessments to ensure eligibility.
• Administer IV, SC and IM medications and monitor responses.
• Document patient records and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinic environment and follow protocols.
