In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

The IBM Client Innovation Centre CIC: Nova Scotia occupies a unique position in the IT marketplace – at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center CIC, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to clients globally. These delivery centers provide locally based skills to foster innovation and technology adoption.

Candidates must:

  • Have an Associate’s Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree by employment start date.
  • Be eligible to work in Canada without current or future visa sponsorship needs (valid work permit, PR, or Canadian citizenship).
  • Be willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel expected.

Required technical and professional expertise

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Agile application development, interpreting requirements, creating innovative solutions, and supporting clients.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics/Procurement, Warehouse Management, or Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with at least one SAP module (e.g., Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Logistics/Procurement) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new processes, mentor teammates, and solve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, JIRA, DevOps, Adobe, etc.
