Job summary

You’ll work with municipalities and regulators, maintain permitting schedules, and ensure compliance. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strong negotiation, and reliable project support from office to site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating permits, licenses, approvals for infra, transit, rail projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication required.
• Proven ability to work with municipalities and regulatory bodies to secure reviews and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure permits, licenses, agreements, and regulatory approvals for transit and rail infrastructure projects.
• Manage permit applications and approval processes, ensuring plans and submissions are accurate and on schedule.
• Maintain and track permitting requirements to support construction timelines.
• Collaborate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, utilities, and stakeholders to obtain reviews and approvals.
• Support compliance and stakeholder engagement by coordinating approvals and project updates.
