Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Lead to oversee EUC, server, AD, M365, networking, cloud, and security ops. You will manage end-to-end operations, drive incident resolution, and coordinate with vendors to ensure high availability of business-critical systems from Mississauga, ON.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments and AD with Group Policy.
• Proficient in DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking and Microsoft 365 admin tasks.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and device management tools.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup/storage tech.
• Hands-on with SCCM/MECM, Intune, and endpoint configuration.
• Familiar with ServiceNow and ITIL-aligned change/problem processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT infrastructure operations across servers, storage, network, cloud, EUC and security services.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of critical infrastructure components.
• Manage incident, problem, change and request processes; drive RCA and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers; oversee DR and BCP testing.
• Lead infrastructure support engineers; mentor, coach and manage workload.
• Oversee deployment, patching, imaging, software distribution and asset lifecycle.
• Manage MS 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint environments.
• Oversee server provisioning, patch management, upgrades, decommissioning; AD/Group Policy, DNS/DHCP.
