Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs), Windows environments and administration, and Microsoft 365/identity management.
• Experience managing systems, devices, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day infrastructure health and availability.
• Manage user access, devices, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues across networks, systems, and endpoints.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes.
• Work closely with developers to support application environments.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase stability and efficiency.
