Job summary

Fiera Infrastructure is seeking an Associate to join its Asset Management team in Toronto. You will own asset- and fund-level workstreams across the full investment lifecycle, including portfolio monitoring, valuation, refinancing, acquisitions, divestitures, and investor reporting.

You will work with senior team members to influence portfolio performance and create long-term value, contributing to a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment in an established private markets platform.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant infrastructure investing or related fields.
• Ability to evaluate investments and manage valuation, cash flow and operating models.
• Strong commercial judgment and clarity in complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and review complex financial models for infrastructure assets and funds.
• Perform asset- and fund-level performance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Monitor performance against investment cases, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Prepare materials for committees, boards, and investors.
• Lead or support value-creation initiatives and financing activities.
