Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate in-house or subcontracted work.
• Supervise maintenance crews and manage training.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely completion.
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents.
• Coordinate with ministry and contractors as needed.
• Maintain documentation and reporting per contract.
