• Desired / Plus: Strong knowledge of Interest Rates Derivatives (Swaps, Futures, Options, Forwards) and fixed income products.
• Technical skills Required:
  • Competency in SQL and databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase)
  • Knowledge of Client / Server applications
  • Comfortable working on Windows / Unix environments
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel)
  • Middleware experience (Tibco, RMDS, FIX)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, ServiceNow, GIT)
• Desired / Plus: Scheduling Tools: Autosys, Crontab. Network experience.
• Previous support team experience facing traders and sales (2+ years)
• Experience working with developers or Business Analysts
• Experience in the financial industry
• Required: BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Desired / Plus: Degree in finance
• ITIL certification

Languages

French and English

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is required as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
