Our client is seeking a hands-on, client-focused Service Delivery Manager to lead their project services team. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive client onboarding, manage key projects, and lead a small, dynamic team. What Makes This Role Different :
This isn't a corporate PMO role. You'll own the full lifecycle of service delivery—from scoping and planning to execution and client communications. There's no project coordinator buffering the work. You'll be the face of onboarding and project delivery.
Who We're Looking For :
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, service delivery, or onboarding
- Proven experience managing client relationships and expectations
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on
- Experience leading and coaching small teams (3–5 people)
- Passionate about using technology to improve service
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
What You'll Be Doing :
- Manage internal resources and remove team blockers
- Provide proactive communication and updates to clients
- Coach and support team members through challenges
- Troubleshoot client issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Track project milestones and adjust plans as needed
- Share weekly insights and wins with senior leadership
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT services firm, or internal IT team preferred
- Familiarity with IT systems and terminology (you don't need to be deeply technical—just tech-aware)
- Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Interest or experience in AI-enabled tools and how they improve service delivery (a bonus, not required)
