Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at BALANCED+. The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to clients, including project management, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Identify and evaluate business and technical risks associated with proposed solutions.
• Communicate progress and deliverables to clients on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT service delivery management, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.

Technical Qualifications:

• Knowledge and/or experience in PC support (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Teams)
• Knowledge and/or experience in servers Microsoft Windows Server (SQL, IIS, Exchange, AD, DHCP, DNS, Print, etc.), Linus Ubuntu (LAMP stack)
• Experience in performing server reoccurring maintenance
• Data Backup (Veeam, datto)
• Cybersecurity (VPN, MFA, EDR, phishing simulation, spam filtering)
• Computer networking including firewalls, switches, WiFi (FortiNet, CISCO)
• Ability to manage monitoring (Zabbix) and ticketing (Zendesk) systems
