Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

Position: Head of SAP Centre of Excellence / Service Delivery Manager

Type: Full-Time Permanent (salary + bonus + generous benefits)

Location: Hybrid (3 days from the Toronto office)

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive IT management experience, including:
• 5+ years managing mid to large-sized teams and influencing senior management and stakeholders
• 5+ years managing an SAP Centre of Excellence or equivalent, including service delivery of external partners and process development
• 5+ years of SAP experience, including functional or development knowledge, SAP landscape management, SAP cloud applications (e.g., Integrated Business Planning, BTP Services), SAP tools, and SAP system integration
• 5+ years of experience with business process enhancements leveraging SAP to improve user experience
• 3+ years leading projects or initiatives

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
