Soho Square Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across the Americas platform. You will drive delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance and budgets, and ensure adherence to policy and lifecycle processes.

The role requires deep banking project knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders while handling conflicting priorities with autonomy.

• Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives
• Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedure – including proper Project Governance & Software Development Lifecycle
• Identify and obtain the buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors
• Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project
• Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes
• Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, & project status
• Work closely with all functions - Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk etc. to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
• Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project
• Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing co-ordination, implementation plan preparation and oversight

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 10 years’ experience as Project Manager
• Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, & Banking
• Consulting experience
• Expertise in functional & operational knowledge of Global Banking activities
• Deep knowledge of & experience executing all project management concepts
• Excellent level of knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with focus on IT, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Banking.
