Cardata is building the infrastructure layer for vehicle reimbursement in North America. As IT Operations Manager, you will own all internal IT operations, security, and lifecycle management, partnering with the CFO and other teams to implement scalable systems.
You will be the go-to for employees, manage procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and drive automation while staying current on security best practices and SOC 2 controls.
At Cardata we are building the infrastructure layer for vehicle reimbursement.
Our platform combines software, automation, and operational services to help companies run compliant, scalable vehicle programs across North America.
We’re a high-ownership team that moves quickly, solves real operational complexity, and values people who can turn ambiguity into execution. If you enjoy building, improving systems, and working closely across product, operations, and customer teams, you’ll do well here.
As the IT Operations Manager you will be the go-to person for all things about our IT Operations at Cardata.
We are searching for someone with a knack for breaking down complex concepts and effective troubleshooting, who will quickly resolve issues related to employees’ software or hardware, and ensure that our teams are set up for continued success.
You will work with the CFO to identify opportunities to improve management and operations of our internal systems. As a continuous learner, you will constantly stay abreast of changes related to Cardata systems and security, and bravely bring forth new ideas for improvements.
In line with Ontario’s Pay Transparency legislation, the salary range for this role is $80,000 – $120,000 CAD annually, based on experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements.
This is a vacant position, and we are hiring with intention and seeking someone who will bring new perspective, contribute meaningfully to the team, and grow with the organization.
We’ll be honest — Cardata isn’t for everyone. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take extreme ownership, and constantly push yourself (and your work) to be the best, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be surrounded by driven teammates who genuinely care — about the work, about our customers, and about helping each other succeed. Together, we take on ambitious goals and celebrate the wins along the way.
Cardata is an equal opportunity employer. All candidates will be equally considered without regard to race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, language, citizenship, creed, religion, gender/gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, physical and/or mental handicap or financial ability.
