Placements24 is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead security initiatives in Kimberley, Canada. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's information security strategy, policies, and procedures, reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Security or related field, 7+ years in information security with at least 3 years in leadership, and certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA are

• 7+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
