Job summary

Brainhunter Systems Ltd is seeking an Intermediate Information Security Analyst to design and manage enterprise authentication across cloud platforms. The role focuses on Azure SSO, MFA, IAM in AWS, GCP, and related standards, with a hybrid work schedule in Canada.

The contract spans 12 months with potential extensions. 37.5 hours weekly, typically 9 to 5, and on-call rotation may be required. The rate cap is CA$90 per hour, with 3 in-office days (Tue/Thu) in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with authentication solutions (Azure SSO, MFA, IAM in AWS and GCP).
• Minimum of 3 years implementing and managing enterprise-level SSO and MFA.
• Experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate is an asset.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or NIST cybersecurity frameworks.

Hiring an Intermediate Information Security Analyst (IAM, Azure SSO, Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, ISO 27001, NIST). Preference will be given to candidates whose resumes clearly meet the required experience and requirements outlined below.

Requirement Summary

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with authentication solutions such as Azure SSO, MFA, and IAM in AWS and GCP.
• Minimum of 3 years implementing and managing enterprise-level SSO and MFA for applications.
• Experience working with modern authentication protocols and standards, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in diverse teams within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong attention to detail, effective planning skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and influence others.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including directory and authentication services.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification is an asset.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
