About Our Opportunity
As an Information and Early Resolution Officer, you will provide information about the Code and regulations, process applications, and support audit and complaint resolution functions. You will report to the Manager, Foreign Worker Program.
Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
High School Education plus five years of related experience or an acceptable equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience handling difficult individuals. Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with initiative to improve processes. Professional, respectful, and adaptable demeanor.

This is a temporary position expected to end on December 31, 2025. The role offers benefits such as pension, health, dental, life insurance, and more. Salary is bi-weekly, ranging from $1,934.21 to $2,139.34. We encourage applications from diverse groups and provide an employment equity statement.
