We're looking for our next Influencer Specialist ; someone who’s both creatively driven and sales-savvy. In this role, you’ll lead high-performing influencer marketing campaigns that drive real revenue.

How you’ll apply your skills
- Discover and build relationships with influencers across various verticals for both organic and paid campaigns
- Manage influencer partnerships to ensure the creation of high-performing content; develop briefs and provide training aligned with platform trends
- Lead influencer outreach, sampling, and partnership execution
- Support global influencer programs, including logistics coordination and campaign reporting
- Use data to identify high-performing talent aligned with brand goals and performance metrics
- Manage digital partnerships from outreach and negotiation to launch and tracking, in collaboration with the Director of Partnerships
- Create content briefs informed by performance data and platform trends to drive measurable results
- Optimize a monthly influencer marketing budget, including spend tracking and ROI analysis
- Report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Triple Whale; provide insights and competitive analysis to stakeholders
- Maintain an up-to-date influencer database and ensure timely product shipments
- Track and manage a documented testing plan to continuously improve influencer strategy
- Stay current on influencer marketing, social media, and partnership best practices; recommend adjustments based on industry trends
What you bring to the table
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in creative strategy (organic or paid) is a strong plus
- Background in sales is also a significant advantage
- Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- A natural team player who is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to design, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions and presenting clear, actionable insights
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong fluency in English is essential, as you'll be negotiating with high-level professionals—and you’ll need to hold your own.
Bonus Points
- Experience in DTC brands.
- Experience with key and emerging digital / social platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and more.
