Job summary

Creator.co in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our agency services team. You will lead influencer marketing campaigns, develop strategy with clients and manage KPIs to drive results.

Reporting to the head of agency services, you will coordinate with campaign specialists, maintain client relationships under SLAs, and help scale our influencer platform while embracing a hybrid work model with two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience planning, managing and executing Influencer Marketing Campaigns.
• 1+ year of client management experience.
• Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness.
• Ability to communicate and present information effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrate initiative to suggest and implement new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Identify client goals and KPIs, and craft strategy to meet them.
• Define deliverables and timelines based on KPIs and budget.
• Support campaign specialists and collaborate throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Own client relationships and maintain prescribed SLAs.
• Monitor results and develop action plans when performance deviates from targets.
• Deliver time-based reports and quarterly reviews to clients.
• Create and present client-facing materials with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with sales on client pitches as required.
• Learn and use the influencer marketing platform for recruitment, execution and tracking.
