Join our dedicated team in nurturing the growth and development of the Early Childhood Education Infant and Toddler program. We are passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment for young learners, and we’re looking for a skilled Early Childhood Educator to make a positive impact!

Who You Are :

We’re seeking a motivated and qualified candidate who holds an ECEIT license from British Columbia. If you have experience working with young children, a valid First Aid certificate, and strong communication skills in English, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications :

• Infant and Toddler ECE license to practice.
• Must have an Infant and Toddler certificate and license.
• 3 to 5 years full-time experience as an IT Room team leader or in management.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.

Roles and Responsibilities as an Infant and Toddler Room Leader :

• Foster a passion for learning in children.
• Approach early learning with enthusiasm and dedication.
• Ensure children enjoy their day, whether playing or learning.
• Prepare children academically and socially for school.
• Encourage and support each child’s growth.
• Build strong bonds with children, providing a nurturing environment.
• Promote individuality and boost self-esteem.
• Support parents and children in the learning process.
• Encourage meaningful friendships among children, parents, and staff.
• Help parents actively participate in their child’s education.
• Lead children in activities focused on learning, play, skill development, and teamwork.
• Observe children for signs of learning or behavioral challenges and prepare reports.
