The Learning Experience is seeking passionate teachers for our Canadian centers. Join our growing network of childcare centers where you will create welcoming learning spaces and implement our LEAP curriculum to support children's growth.

As a teacher, you will communicate daily with families, support enrollment and engagement goals, and ensure the safety and well-being of each child in a nurturing environment. This franchisee model connects you with supportive leadership for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens
• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred. Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.
