Job summary

Endress+Hauser Canada is seeking an Industry Manager, Mining, Minerals, & Metals to define strategic direction, empower sales teams, and represent the company at key industry events across Canada. You will shape market approach and nurture stakeholder relationships in a dynamic sector.

You will develop and coordinate industry marketing plans in Canada, collaborate with sales and marketing on promotions, partake in trade shows, and provide high-level sales support while traveling up to 30% and

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience within Sales, Marketing or Technical Customer Support in Manufacturing/Industrial/Automation.
• Ability to travel upwards of 30%.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement industry marketing plans in Canada.
• Identify and communicate growth opportunities within target industries.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing the strategic direction and messages for external promotion.
• Participate in industry trade shows.
• Provide high level sales support for the sales teams in coordination with sales and key account management.
• Develop, coordinate and implement tools and training materials to promote and sell into the industry.
• Liaise between the sales center and production centers; communicate local market needs to production centers.
• Coordinate with government agencies as required; disseminate competitive information.
• Create technical articles; perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for an Industry Manager, Mining, Minerals, & Metals to join our Group. Which tasks will you perform?

• Develop, coordinate and implement industry marketing plans in Canada
• Understand, identify and communicate within the company, offerings that represent sustainable and substantial growth opportunities in target industries
• Coordinate with sales and marketing the strategic direction and messages for external promotion, such as web and print based media
• Participation in industry trade shows
• Provides high level sales support for our sales teams in coordination with sales and key account management
• Develop, coordinate and implement in collaboration with marketing communications, sales tools and training materials to facilitate the promotion and sales into the specific industry
• Liaise between our sales center (SC) and our production centers (PC)
• Communicate local market needs/issues to the production centers
• Liaise with government agencies as required
• Collection and dissemination of competitive information
• Creation of technical articles
• Other duties as assigned.

What can we expect from you?

• Completion of Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience within Sales, Marketing or Technical Customer Support role in a Manufacturing, Industrial and/or Automation environment.
• Ability to travel upwards of 30%.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000 CAD annually
