Job summary

ReapAir Compressor Services is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth in the Greater Toronto Area. You will represent our industrial compressors, build relationships with customers, and deliver tailored solutions.

You will partner with Service and Parts teams to ensure outstanding service and long-term client success. The role reports to the General Manager, Ontario, and requires a proven track record in technical sales, strong communication, and a proactive approach to meeting

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience in a technical, industrial, or service-related environment.
Experience in compressed air systems, rotating equipment, or industrial equipment is a strong asset.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the industrial compressed air sector.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions for customers.
Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and future business requirements.
Negotiate pricing and sales terms in alignment with company guidelines.
Collaborate with Service and Parts teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
