Job summary

National Process Equipment Inc. (NatPro) in Calgary is seeking a Project Manager to drive complete, accurate, and on-time execution of customer project orders. You will oversee project initiation through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive PM experience, and familiarity with industrial rotating equipment, fabrication, machining, and installation processes. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools, software, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing full project life cycles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Technical understanding of industrial rotating equipment, layouts, and related standards.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Predict and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project performance, costs, and progress to ensure alignment with objectives.

• Oversee work orders with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Execute Quality Assurance and Vendor Document & Drawing plans.
• Apply industry best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures.
