Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on complex industrial equipment or engineered systems.
• Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, service teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex projects from planning through fabrication, testing, installation and delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with significant budgets and ensure scope, schedule, quality, and financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, service teams, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Translate designs into practical manufacturing, installation, and commissioning plans with technical teams.
• Identify potential delays, constraints, and resource conflicts; implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project changes and ensure accurate, current documentation and change control.
• Engage in customer-facing meetings to review progress, requirements, and milestones.
• Promote accountability, safety, and quality through strong stakeholder relationships.
