Job summary

Fountain Tire Squamish is seeking a responsible, safe, and motivated associate to join our team as an Industrial/OTR Tire Technician. You will work on trucks, farm, industrial and OTR tires, and help customers with repairs and tire sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of medium truck, commercial and industrial tire experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, balance, rotate and repair tires on trucks, farm and industrial vehicles.
• Greet and assist customers on repairs, service and tire sales.
• Maintain professional and friendly customer service.
• Uphold safety standards for yourself and coworkers.

Whatkind of person are we looking for?

• Only applicants with at least 1+ year of medium truck, commercial, and industrial tire experience will be considered
• A valid driver's license is one thing were not willing to work around. You must also be able to show us you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc. and we need someone who willbe up for the challenge
• We need someone who can be on call after hours
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds if required
