Job summary

Fountain Tire Barrhead is seeking an experienced Off-the-road Tire Technician to operate a TireService Truck and perform field tire repairs, installations and maintenance for our customers. If you are a team player with a valid driver’s license, 2+ years farm/OTR/commercial tire experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Farm, OTR, or Commercial tire experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver's abstract.
• Physical work: ability to lift up to 100 pounds; able to work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Fountain Tire service truck and travel to customer sites for tire repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Inspect, install, balance, rotate, and repair truck, farm or industrial tires and wheels.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service and ensure safety of yourself and coworkers.

• In addition to shop-based tire service work, this role requires operating a company service truck and traveling to customer sites to perform tire repairs, installations, and maintenance in the field.

Whatkind of person are we looking for?

• We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of Farm, OTR, or Commercial tire experience

• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc. and we need someone who willbe up for the challenge
• We need someone who can be on call after hours
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds if required
