Job summary

The City of Prince Albert is seeking a permanent Millwright to maintain and repair mechanical equipment across the Waste Water Treatment Plant and related facilities. You will install and troubleshoot gearboxes, pumps, motors, valves and chemical feed systems to ensure safe drinking water production.

Requirements include Grade 12, Saskatchewan Journeyman Millwright certificate, and a valid driver’s license, with a strong track record of 35 years in heavy mechanical environments.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completion is required.
• Journeyman Millwright certificate recognized by Saskatchewan.
• Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
• Minimum 35 years of millwright experience in relevant environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and rotating assets at WWTP and related facilities.
• Ensure continuous and reliable operation of pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, mixers and chemical feed systems.
