Overview :

The Industrial Mechanic / Electromechanical Technician is responsible to perform safe troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of a variety of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service machines.
• Works to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
• Complete administrative tasks associated to the role - updating work orders.

Knowledge and Skills :

• Mechanical, Electronic and / or maintenance trade educational background OR.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• 2 to 5 years related experience in a general manufacturing environment.

Job Specific Skills :

• Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, and logical ability.
• Experience with low voltage electrical, electronic, and automation.
• Good mechanical sense with knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic.
• Experience with manual and CNC equipment.
• Understand technical drawings, electrical schematics, technical machine documentation.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, capable of working independently and within a team.
• Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
