Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a qualified Industrial Mechanic for our Saskatchewan operations. The role focuses on safe maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mill equipment within a team environment on site in Rocanville area.

The candidate will hold a Red Seal certification, 3–5 years of industrial experience, and demonstrate a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Training and career growth opportunities are available within Nutrien's safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Red Seal industrial mechanic certification (Saskatchewan or Interprovincial).

• 3–5 years' experience in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all Nutrien safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employees.
• Provide technical diagnosis, perform maintenance, complete troubleshooting and repair work on all Mill equipment.
• Support continuous improvement programs by maintaining equipment records and repair history and providing data for cause and failure analysis.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• A valid Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Certificate of Journeyperson Status (Red Seal) as an Industrial Mechanic

• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
• Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
• Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions
• Stable work record with 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in an industrial environment is an asset
