Our client is a company specializing in waste recycling, operating in Montréal, Quebec, and several other provinces across Canada. They serve numerous Quebec-based businesses in the recycling sector. Their mission is to optimize recyclable materials and turn them into added value for society.

We are currently seeking an industrial mechanic with a passion for cleanliness to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and respectful of environmental values.

Tasks

• Perform preventive maintenance work according to work orders issued by the supervisor.
• Carry out repairs on machinery or building facilities based on the priority list established by the maintenance department.
• Participate in major work performed outside of production hours with various subcontractors.
• Order parts or components related to your area while keeping the inventory up to date.
• Communicate with the supervisor to report on work progress and any potential issues.
• Make recommendations when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of electrical and mechanical components in the facility.
• Perform any other related duties.
