Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial plant environment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow PPE requirements.
• Fluent French; able to read English and follow procedures.
• Valid driver's license and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building infrastructure and production equipment.
• Procure and manage spare parts inventory.
• Lead facility/equipment improvement projects.
• Coordinate with external contractors and monitor performance.
• Administer hazardous work permits and ensure PPE compliance.
• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Document work history and equipment records; work with P&ID drawings.
