Job Title: Industrial Hygiene Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support site management in industrial hygiene issues.
• Develop and deploy industrial hygiene programs and tools, such as respiratory and hearing protection programs.
• Collaborate with hygiene managers across Montreal sites.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative health and industrial hygiene risk analyses.
• Develop annual sampling strategies for employee and environmental exposure.
• Perform sampling campaigns, analyze data, and present findings to employees and management.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in industrial hygiene data.
• Develop training related to industrial hygiene programs.
• Monitor regulations and assess industrial hygiene impacts.
• Evaluate and approve new industrial hygiene materials and processes.
• Support sectors as an OHS advisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Autonomous, structured, and capable of managing multiple projects.
