Job summary

TEAM Group in Oshawa, ON, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the sanitation and industrial cleaning team at the General Motors Manufacturing Facility. You will coach up to 30–40 unionized workers, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction while meeting KPI targets.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will use ADP for payroll and participate in ongoing training and development. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing at supervisor level.
• Experience leading 20+ in a unionized setting.
• Valid Ontario G driver's license.
• Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 30–40 unionized workers in cleaning and sanitation.
• Delegate tasks across classifications and schedule training.
• Coach staff to foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.
• Maintain customer value and KPI alignment on site.
• Manage productivity to achieve targeted profitability.
• Use ADP for timesheets, payroll data entry.
• Communicate with customer for requests and issues.
• Utilize internal platforms for tracking and development.
