Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure smooth operation of production lines at our Canadian facilities. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, immediate maintenance support, and proactive measures to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a millwright background with 1–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, ability to read diagrams, and exposure to SAP. PLC knowledge is a bonus for this high-speed bottling environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required as a millwright.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret diagrams
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) knowledge would be an asset.
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment, Bottling experience preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills, usage of SAP system

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
• Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
