Reporting to the Manager, Design Engineering, the Industrial Designer contributes to the design and development of distinctive architectural lighting products from early concept through production. The successful candidate combines creativity, attention to detail, and technical rigor to transform complex needs into elegant, manufacturable solutions aligned with Eureka's design standards.
The Industrial Designer works as part of a team with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate takes ownership of assigned projects, communicates clearly, responds constructively to feedback, and helps move ideas efficiently from exploration and execution.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
