Job Details

Reporting to the Director, Reporting & Analytics, the Indirect Procurement Analyst will collaborate with the Information Technology, International, and Global Indirect Procurement teams, to help define reporting needs, aid in creating analytic solutions, and support the delivery of intelligence strategies. This position will assist users with on-demand reporting, training, and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accuracy of new & existing Accounts, Contacts and Supplier records in Salesforce.com, utilizingreportsand internal resources.

  • Assist with Supplier Diversity monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting needs.

  • Maintain integrity of internal Global Indirect Procurementmaster data (supplier, spend, etc.)

  • Liaise with internal functional groups and cross company business units to ensure Global Indirect Procurement’s alignmentwith internal operational requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal Global Indirect Procurement teams to standardize reporting processes.

  • Provide support services as needed such as meeting planning, agendas, and project tracking.

  • Aid in interpreting data and information; communicates results to Global Indirect Procurement team members and leadership.

  • Support development of insight tools to ensure Global Indirect Procurement Team can lead in-depth, insightful value-based conversations with vendors/partners related to strategies and solutions.

  • Document protocols to extract data in a standardized process from a variety of data sources.

  • Perform data mining of Global Indirect Procurement spend categories.

  • Conduct data analyses using traditional and advanced models to support research effort.

  • Create presentation materials for members of the management team.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Cencora.

  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Education and work Experience

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computersciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directlyrelated experience.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Some knowledge of product and supplier base, product relationships and pharmaceutical / life sciences industrytrends

  • Good computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; knowledge ofSalesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

  • Working knowledge of sales, purchasing, supply chain management and/or inventory management principlesand methodologies

  • Track record of project management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across theorganizationand manage multiple projects of various diverse scope in a cross-functional environment

  • Ability to deal with confrontational issues in a positive manner

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
