The position is office-based in Fort McMurray, AB, with travel to communities as needed and relocation assistance provided. A strong focus on relationship-building and program delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Five to Seven years of HR experience in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, protocols, and worldviews.
• Ability to analyze people data and develop reports for decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance Indigenous workforce development initiatives aligned with Inclusion & Diversity Strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with Indigenous communities and set collaborative goals.
• Track and report data, outcomes, and progress to governance bodies and executives.
• Identify gaps and lead or support implementation of new solutions.
