Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Working towards or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Working towards or fulfillment of TEP is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in meeting service commitments with Private Trust ITS clients.
• Maintain client profiles and account documents and client contact routines.
• Ensure accurate, organized service to external clients and internal colleagues.
• Promptly respond to calls and requests and direct to appropriate person or area.
• Continually improve professional knowledge and keep current on TD trends and tools.
