Job summary

TD Private Trust, part of TD Wealth Private Wealth Management, provides a full range of trust services to clients, including Indigenous communities. Our team seeks a Private Client Services Associate – Indigenous Trust Services to support trust administration and deliver excellent client experiences while handling Indigenous trust accounts.

The successful candidate will work alongside Trust Officers in ITS, handling complex accounts in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Working towards/completion of CSC is expected.
• TEP is an asset to the role.
• Strong communication and ability to work confidentially and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and analytical support to ITS Trust Officers and Private Trust Manager.
• Serve as secondary contact for clients of relationship managers.
• Maintain client profiles and account documents; support client relationship managers.
