We are recruiting for an Indigenous Partnerships Manager to join our Burnaby head office.
We are looking for an experienced Indigenous Partnerships Manager to lead, develop, strengthen and maintain relationships with Indigenous Nations, communities, businesses, and organizations across British Columbia and Alberta.
In this strategic role, you will serve as our primary relationship lead for Indigenous engagement, helping build respectful, long-term partnerships that create shared value for Indigenous communities while supporting business growth and project success. Working closely with leadership, business development, project teams, procurement, and HR, you will help advance opportunities for participation, employment, training, procurement, and economic development.

Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Let's chat throughout the hiring process and determine the best fit.
