Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth landlord interactions.
  • Address landlord inquiries and concerns; provide support and follow-up.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with landlords.
  • Coordinate documentation and administrative tasks (LETO/records).
  • Provide mediation and interpretation as needed with landlords and clients.
  • Attend meetings and represent the agency in community settings.
