Zusammenfassung

Dexterra Group is seeking a Manager of Indigenous Employment to connect Indigenous candidates with employment, training and career development across Canada. You will build relationships in communities, represent Dexterra at events, and support candidates through the path to employment.

Indigenous candidates are encouraged to apply. You will maintain accurate records and deliver clear reporting on activities and outcomes for our company, clients, and government stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of Indigenous relations, recruitment outreach or related experience.
• Experience with Indigenous communities, leadership, and workforce priorities across Canada.
• Experience with recruitment, outreach or employment services and processes.
• Strong administrative skills, including record keeping and deadlines.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities; adaptable communication.
• Professional presence to represent Dexterra in community and client settings.
• Willingness to travel across Canada and attend events, some evenings/weekends.
• French language skills are an asset.

• Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and partners.
• Lead Indigenous candidate outreach and talent pipelines for opportunities.
• Represent Dexterra at events, career fairs, conferences and client meetings.
• Connect candidates with employment opportunities and support pre-employment steps.
• Identify training and mentorship opportunities to support career development.
• Coordinate outreach with Recruitment and Operations to meet workforce needs.
• Plan recruitment events and community engagement activities.
• Maintain records of referrals, outreach and outcomes; provide reports.
